Placeholder. In Phase E we generate the full privacy policy and data-retention statement, then have it reviewed by a lawyer (we collect financial files and contact prospects by email/phone, so CAN-SPAM and TCPA consent language matters).

• What we collect: name, work email, mobile, company, role, the file you upload, and its description.
• Why: to verify you and to rebuild and demo your report in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Retention: uploaded files are encrypted and deleted after 30 days unless you engage us.
• Contact basis: you opt in (verified email + phone + checkbox) before we reach out.
